Your guide will tailor the outing based on your preferences and objectives, selecting the ideal rivers and opportunities to maximize your chances of catching fish. Switch up your day by selecting from a variety of other fishing spots. Interested in exploring different fishing techniques? Experiment with dry flies, nymphing, terrestrials, or streamers for a fresh experience. Interested in honing your dry fly expertise or seeking a new angling challenge? Tailor your fishing expedition based on the insect species you wish to target. From Pale Morning Duns to Caddis, Yellow Sally, Mahogany Dun mayflies, and Hecuba Drake's, the options are diverse. While each day may vary on water, target species, and fishing technique, each day will run similar time on and off the water. 8:00am - Meet your guide at the pre-disclosed meeting location. Your meeting point and time will cary depending on weather, season, and other variables and your guide will communicate the meeting point to you 24 hours before your trip. 12:00pm - Take time to enjoy the day and recharge with a stream side lunch. 4:00-4:30pm - Conclude your full day of fishing as your guide arranges for your return to the car or takeout point.

Your guide will confirm the meeting time and location within 24 hours before the trip departure. The meeting spot mentioned above is not fixed and can be adjusted to suit your trip. Traveling To The Area

  • Flying: Book air travel into Bozeman (Bozeman Yellowstone International), Butte (Bert Mooney Airport), Missoula (Missoula International), or Great Falls (Great Falls International Airport). For guests fishing near Sheridan, Sheridan is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Bozeman and 50 minutes from Butte, with Bozeman often offering better connections. For those visiting Missoula, Missoula International is just 12 minutes from town. Additionally, there are two smaller local airports, Ruby Valley Aviation and Dillon Airport, for private flights.

  • Directions 

    • Traveling east or west on Interstate 90: Exit 249 in Whitehall, Montana. Head south on North Whitehall Street towards West Legion Avenue. At the stop sign, turn right at West Legion Avenue and travel approx 4/10 of a mile to MT-2/MT-55/MT-69 (towards Virginia City). Turn left and head south on MT-55. MT-55 will eventually change to MT-287/MT-41 at blinking light. Continue south on MT-287 through Twin Bridges to Sheridan.

    • Traveling north or south on Interstate 15: Exit 263 in Dillon, Montana. Head on MT-41 North, until you reach Twin Bridges, take a right at the light heading south to Sheridan.
