What to Wear and Bring

• Wear tennis shoes or river shoes—no bare feet or flip-flops allowed.
• Dress in layers for warmth, and bring a swimsuit, light jacket, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, a cooler with drinks and snacks, and a towel.
• It’s also a good idea to keep a dry pair of shoes and a change of clothes in your car for your ride home.
